Welcome to DoggyFresh. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.

1. Overview

DoggyFresh is an AI-powered dog photo styling app that lets users create dog profiles, upload or capture photos, choose preset styles, fine-tune results with prompts, and save or share generated portraits. By using the Service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos, prompts, or other content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, offensive, or infringes on any third-party rights.
  • Use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, or manipulated content that could cause harm or misrepresentation.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, abuse, or interfere with the Service or its functionality.

3. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity that occurs under your login. DoggyFresh may allow profiles for up to 3 dogs per account unless otherwise stated in the app.

4. Your Photos and Generated Content

You are responsible for the photos, prompts, and other content you upload or submit to DoggyFresh. You should only upload content you own or have permission to use.

Generated images you create through DoggyFresh may be saved, downloaded, and shared by you, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

5. DoggyFresh Intellectual Property

The DoggyFresh platform, brand, software, interface, design, and underlying technologies are owned by DoggyFresh or its licensors and may not be copied, resold, or used without permission.

6. Disclaimer on AI Output

DoggyFresh uses AI-assisted tools for dog photo transformations, preset styles, prompt-based edits, and related image outputs. Results can vary and may not exactly match prompts, source photos, or intended outcomes.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before saving, sharing, publishing, or using it elsewhere.

7. Limitation of Liability

DoggyFresh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, photos, dog profiles, saved results, or generated outputs.

8. Service Availability

We may update, modify, limit, or suspend features of the Service at any time without notice. We are not responsible for outages, delays, generation failures, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to DoggyFresh for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of DoggyFresh is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data, dog profiles, uploaded photos, prompts, and generated content.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
